What is the "Pin" trigger option of the Bot?
The Bot enables you to collect data through custom questions. There are various trigger options. Displaying your Bot on all the screens of all your experiences makes it possible to collect data continuously.
To pin a Bot:
- go in an existing Bot or create a new one;
- in the drop down menu, select "
